Ever have a REALLY good roast chicken that you often wonder “How the heck can I recreate that at home?”
I know I’ve had a couple in my time that is tender inside and crispy outside and I think I found the answer.
Sur La Table has a Tuscan Mattone 2 Piece Terra Cotta Press that looks like it could do the job with flying colors. They even have a killer recipe that goes with.
Now, I wonder if this little lovely will help me recreate the Houlihan’s Rosemary Chicken recipe… hmmmm.
