OK, what is the one (or two) ingredients that you cannot bear to eat, work with, etc.

    i love practically everything about pork, but i cannot get anywhere near chitterlings!

    I don't like mushrooms or olives so I always leave them out of any recipe that calls for them. I will use mayonnaise but I get nauseous from the smell so I usually need to hold my nose, stand back, and mix it in quickly and then pretend it's not there!

    I'm right with chaya, I don't do mushrooms or olives. Not too picky about food but I don't do those 2 at all. As soon as I see a recipe with those in it, I plan to leave them out or try to sub them with something.

    I am with Chaya, olives are gross. Mushrooms are ok with me as long as they are mixed in with something else (like pasta sauce) and cut pretty small. In large pieces they are just SLIMY.

    Add asparagus to my list! I do NOT like the way it tastes… at all.

    With Chaya and Debbi-hate shrooms and olives. I can taste mushrooms in anything, no matter how small, and have to *gracefully* spit out the food.
