Yay or Nay – Kitchen Laptop Stand

  • Sharebar

Pic courtesy of AmazonNow that I find myself saving more recipes on the laptop, I find that I’m often dragging the laptop to my counter or, even worse, running back and forth from the dining room table to the stove as I prep a recipe. Sure, I could print it out but, quite frankly, the scraps of paper around my house would drive me to drink.

While I was browsing the web earlier in the week, I came across this gem – a Kitchen Laptop Stand.

So, I ask you dear readers – Yay or Nay.

  1. Tami says:

I would say 'yay' since I was trying to find something of that nature. I have a recipe program on my computer and I also run back and forth to table. I bought the program so I didn't have those scraps of paper around anymore :)

  2. Melissa says:

Nay – I have no patience for a unitasker. That would still require me to bring the laptop to the kitchen and just another piece of clutter. Are we that lazy a society that we can't bend to read how much garlic we need?

  3. Bren says:

How secure is it? That thing looks like it's about to fall! :)

  4. Jen says:

My first instinct is to say Yay. Because I'm with you on the whole running back and forth thing, scraps of paper around the kitchen, etc.

But I don't think I need anymore clutter in the kitchen. Especially after we move into an apartment.

But I don't think I'd spend that much on one. If I could get it cheaper, it'd be a different story.

I actually ordered this product and it is great. The design is different from what is pictured; it converts into a cookbook holder also. I am relieved to have something to protect my laptop, something in which I have invested in and wish to protect. The product is very durable and stable, what a find! It works great when you are questioning a recipe and you can watch a video right next to the burner.
