The holidays are fast approaching and, with that, are the celebrity chefs that will be on tour promoting their new cookbooks. I heard from a little bird that Food Network’s Bobby Flay will be visiting the Philadelphia area for a book signing of his new cookbook, Bobby Flay’s Throwdown!: More Than 100 Recipes from Food Network’s Ultimate Cooking Challenge
On Bobby’s tour schedule: two Williams-Sonoma locations – King of Prussia and The Bellevue in Center City. I was told that this will be a ticketed event and tickets go on sale on Tuesday, October 5, 2010. Now, if you have ever been to these events, they do sell out quickly so you need to make sure you get your ticket early. I learned my lesson last year for an event with Martha Stewart. 350 people alone showed up for that one – don’t even get me started when Thomas Keller visited King of Prussia.
The event at King of Prussia starts at 1:00 p.m. and Center City’s Williams-Sonoma will start their signing with Bobby at 6:00 p.m. If you are going, let us know in the comments!
