If you ever have a chance to meet Emeril, I highly suggest you do. He is one of the NICEST people I have ever met. Plus, the man can throw down in the kitchen and if you get a chance to see him cook live, you will walk away with a ton of culinary inspiration.
I was hoping that he would visit the Philly area for a book signing for his latest cookbook, Kicked Up Sandwiches. Sadly, Philly is not on his tour schedule, but New York City and Orlando are. Yes – you heard that right – OTown is getting a visit from Emeril so, my peeps in Orlando and my fave Central Florida Food Bloggers – y’all better show Chef Emeril some luv (and tell him he needs to visit Philly next!)
