Ingredients

  • Garlic powder
  • 8oz soft cream
  • Cooked and crumbled 8 to 10 bacon strips.
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Butter
  • 1 small chopped green onion
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms

Instructions
