When I heard that they had a new flavor for fall – Bud Light Lime Apple-Ahhh-Rita’s – I knew I had to give it a try. One thing I love about the Bud Light Lime Apple-Ahhh-Rita’s is that they make last minute entertaining a breeze. Just whip up some easy nibbles, pour over ice and you have yourself a fabulous fiesta! These Bud Light Lime Apple-Ahhh-Rita’s will be the star at any hayride, chat around the fire pit or even relaxing indoors while watching the fall tv show premieres. These Bud Light Lime Apple-Ahhh-Rita’s are cool and refreshing and paired with these Cheesy Pancetta Apple Crostini, you have yourself the making of a Fall Fiesta.
I love serving crostini for parties – a chic elegant nibble that everyone loves . These Cheesy Pancetta Apple Crostini will make your friends and family go nuts. Inspired by this apple crostini recipe, I decided to make my spin on this to compliment the cocktail. I tend to always have granny smith apples, pancetta and cheddar cheese on hand. All that was needed was a bit of fresh sage, thyme and a fresh baguette and I was able to make these savory bites in no time. Serve with some Bud Light Lime Apple-Ahhh-Rita’s garnished with a slice of apple and a sprig of thyme (or cinnamon if you are so inclined) and enjoy!
