Looking for a no stress cocktail this holiday season? I have the perfect sip for you – my autumn inspired Tequila Cider Smash.
I am all about the no stress holiday and if there is a cocktail that takes minutes to make but delivers a punch of flavor, this is it. As I hinted to y’all earlier, I have a number of tequila dishes that I will be serving this Thanksgiving, and, of course, the signature cocktail has to have a tequila twist.
Throughout the fall I love having apple cider on hand. If time allows, I might make my own homemade apple cider, but if not, a good quality store bought cider is fine. (Sorry – had a bit of a Barefoot Contessa moment there). With Thanksgiving, I always buy a couple packages of sage for various recipes but there always seems to be some left over. Why not smash them into a delicious autumn inspired drink right? If you want to go without tequila for a bit of a cider smash, then by all means, please do.
Channel your inner mixologist and have at it. This Tequila Cider Smash is the perfect signature cocktail for the holiday!
I wanted to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving and hope that you enjoy your holiday with family and friends. Thank you so much for visiting Cooking In Stilettos. You all have been such a blessing over the years and I am so so grateful. Happy Thanksgiving!
