A Fresh Take On Delicious Meatless Meals

This is a sponsored post. My opinions are my own.

Lately, I have been trying to insert a bit more “variety” into the meal planning at the Stiletto homestead. Balance has been at the forefront because, after a long day at the 9to9, the last thing I want to do is dial for dinner.  I want something fresh, light and full of flavor. I’ve been trying to have some meatless meals swapped into regular rotation and thankfully I have found some tried and true recipes that brought the flavor and you don’t even miss the meat.

One of my favorite freezer staples is MorningStar Farms Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burgers.  Eons ago, during my Orlando days, one of my friends had me try them.  Prior to that, if you had offered me a veggie burger, I would have said “No Thanks” but, M, knowing how fussy I can be, had it dressed up with some bibb lettuce, red onion and some spicy mustard and that burger was scrumptious! Since then, if you opened up my freezer, you will see MorningStar Farms’ Veggie Burgers front and center.

MorningStar Farms has over 30 products and they provide a wealth of culinary inspiration when you need to whip up something fast. One of my new faves is their Good Morning Breakfast Casserole with their Original Sausage Patties. This cheesy casserole is perfect for brunch or on those days when you want to have breakfast for dinner. They even have Buffalo Chik patties. With some blue cheese drizzled and a bit of spicy arugula on a toasty pretzel bun, wouldn’t that be perfect for lunch?  With MorningStar Farms in your pantry – it’s easy to put meatless meals front and center.

I’ve collected some of my favorite meatless recipes into a Foodie collection for you for a bit of Meatless Meal inspiration. Check it out!
